DreamzTech provided a responsive Security Zone Level Reporting application that would allow drill down data visualization breakdowns based on user role access requirements, with an e-learning module that would facilitate training on the given product and improve operational efficiency and control.

CONTEXT

A security consultancy needed a software solution that would allow reporting to end users of their hardware products, the reporting needed to be able to report utilization at a national and zone level with user access control in place to restrict access to data visualization based on user role.
The communication mechanism between intra-organizational members needed to be residing within the application in the mode of messaging and file-sharing. For training purposes, the organization needed an exam portal with custom quiz-building tool.

Overview

DreamzTech provided a responsive reporting application that would allow drill down data visualization breakdowns based on user role access requirements, with an e-learning module that would facilitate training on the given product and improve operational efficiency and control.

Functional Features

Reporting Module:

The Security Zone Level Reporting module would take you to a national level reporting dashboard with 3 levels of detail, from here you could click on the various reporting elements to drill down into data to a region, area and branch level. User access can be escalated by way of a request mechanism prompting an administrator to upgrade access permissions and user notification feedback via the application messaging system.

Elearning Module:

The E-Learning Solution module primarily facilitates the training of end users on the products offered by Reliance and has the ability to produce certificates based on the understanding of the end user by way of a flexible admin system for configuring learning modules and adding tests to assess the general understanding of the topic in question. There is also an access control for each user to courses, configured by a user-course- assignment module in the admin section.

RESULTS

An end to end user registration data visualization suite, with e-learning modules to facilitate the needs of products and services. The solution has since gone on to evolve into a full application suite tailoring to the needs of various end users and the specific products the security company provides.
