Our client is a leading South Africa based betting game company who wanted to develop a series of offline and online betting games. He wanted to develop a fast paced betting environment with gamification in it. Client needed a betting app to be used in companion with the online web portal. The system offers users the option of placing bets from their smartphones using both real and virtual money.
The client wanted to build this application in such a way that it can resell to other similar type of business where business partners can run a casino or betting house.

Onshore Business Analysts from DreamzTech interviewed stakeholders from client premises and gathered requirements for the project. They worked with offshore Business Analyst and Solution Architects for analyzing the business objectives as discussed with the client.
The dedicated team assigned to the project analyzed the objectives of the project and the probable solutions to determine technologies to be used, database structure, data flow, and microservices. For developing the platform, we planned to segregate the project into multiple phases with separate deadlines.
