Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of QA professionals to ensure the highest quality standards across all projects.
Oversee the entire QA process, including strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and best practices.
Handle large, complex clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Stay updated on the latest trends in technology, including automation and AI, and implement them to improve QA processes.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
Ensure thorough testing of applications to identify, track, and resolve defects.
Mentor and guide the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on progress and quality metrics.
Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget, meeting high standards of quality and performance.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with extensive knowledge of QA processes and methodologies.
5+ years of experience in managing and leading QA teams.
Proven experience working with large, high-profile clients.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills; able to present ideas clearly and effectively.
