Automatic Number Plate Recognition System
We provided a web application for windows service to meet the initial requirements. Soon, hardware interaction using driver was also added in the solution. furthermore, we incorporated the application with an alarm feature that monitored opening and closing of gate and finally now we have covered registry for vehicle license plate entry in the website.
CONTEXT
Client wanted to get an automated solution for managing entry/exit of vehicle from the garage. When a registered car approaches the garage, the gate automatically opens and when anyone with a registered car wants to leave the garage the gate will open again. If there is any unusual activity it will trigger an alarm, so people in the garage can be notified.

RESULTS
An online website, that can be connected with camera, gate and alarm. From the website a new car can be register, a simple server based license, and a simple deployment package. In the last 2 years we have set up 3 additional locations using this process.
