Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, driving them towards high-performance and collaboration.
Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using React, Node.js, Angular, AI, Cloud technologies, and Python.
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and clients to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Handle large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while meeting client expectations.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, implementing best practices to enhance development processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the development team.
