knowledge of digital marketing trends, the latest technology, and competitor analysis in the outsourcing sector, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the IT staffing and outsourcing business, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
Content Creation & Optimization: Create and optimize high-quality content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
SEO & SEM: Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility and traffic.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors in the IT outsourcing market and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Latest Trends & Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, IT trends, and technologies to ensure Dreamztech remains competitive in the market.
Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, business development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
Problem Solving: Address challenges with a cool, calm, and analytical approach to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Self-Sufficiency: Operate independently, demonstrating strong self-learning and quick-learning abilities to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific experience in IT staffing or outsourcing business marketing.
Strong knowledge of the entire digital marketing domain, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and more.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving attitude with a go-getter mindset and the ability to work independently.
Understanding of current IT trends, market dynamics, and competitors in the IT outsourcing space.
