Project Overview — Comprehensive RCFE resident/medication management system

In most senior wellness homes records are maintained either manually in spreadsheets or in an obsolete platform which are not only slow and sloppy but also guaranties non-availability of on-demand medication and health reports and history.

Facing similar issues, one of the renowned wellness service providers from the US wanted to build a SAAS application which would not only help them digitize their entire records but also help senior resident, home managers and caregivers with complete digital transformation of their processes to enhance security, efficiency and flexibility.

In a chat with David Nash, their facility manager, he said that they want to update and track any activity real-time and from anywhere and anytime, which was lacking with existing on-premise software or manually physical records.

So, the system that we built is equipped with on-demand reporting tools which generates important reports such as 622 report or 911 report whenever needed in a matter of few clicks, based on previous medication and incident history, which can play a very important role in any emergencies.
