Requirement Gathering and Analysis

A team working Onshore and offshore model for 4 months to deploy the first alpha release. DreamzTech team provided technical consultation to the client to adapt to niche technologies like 360 Views for virtual tours, Geofencing, hyperlocal ads and more.

Project Planning and Execution

DreamzTech project manager prepared an Agile Plan with backlog and planned sprints with scrum set up with the client. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
helped the application development team to deliver code changes more frequently and reliably.

UAT and Deployment

Our team consisting of Project Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, Developers, and Quality Analysts worked with the client for over 12 Weeks to develop the first release.
