The idea was to boost local businesses and fundraising by bringing in local businesses digitally. Our client wanted to make fundraising easy through a cloud based PWA fundraising app. They wanted to develop an cloud based progressive web application to replace the traditional print coupon books for their customer with the touch free digital coupon app.
The obvious issues with traditional print coupon books are numerous. It is costly to print the books on every edition, need one or more retail outlet to sell the coupon books, thus making the sales process slow.
With PWA Coupon App, the client can offer a digital version of the coupon book with the new Progressive Web App and the Administration Portal can create campaigns and upload hundreds of coupon offers in a few minutes. Customer can simply register with their app and purchase a book and avail hundreds of offers from various local businesses across the city.
The application comes with various coupon categories for customers to buy from the app. The local businesses can also advertise through the app and gain extra mileage from the traffic they would generate from it thus boosting local economy.
The pwa coupon app also provide ease of access to the customer thus enabling more sales as customers can easily avail the digital coupon books instead of finding a retail outlet to buy them.
Traditional coupon book printing has several limitations in itself. Costing is one such limitation. Printing every edition of a coupon book is associated with huge printing cost which ultimately increases the cost for the customer to purchase the books. With PWA coupon app, one can eliminate the cost of printing and thus can offer a massive discount to customer when purchasing them.
Cost of printing increased the overall cost of business which can discourage some customers from buying the books.
Physical coupon book sales would mean a need for a retail outlet which might not be accessible always. Visiting retail outlets might includes cost and can slow down sales process as customer cannot order from anywhere.
With physical print coupon books the cost of advertising is also high.
Post pandemic, people want to go touch free. So digital coupon books are more preferable than physical books.
Most of the local businesses were impacted due to pandemic and local community must come up with a solution to boost local economy. People want to go touch free and hence they needed to come up a digital solution for coupon books.
We developed a complete digital platform in PWA for digital coupon books. Both advertisers and customers can access and login to their account on the go through PWA app.
The app can offer special discounts and offers based on a customers location from where he or she is logged in to the system.
Progressive Web App makes it very easy for customers to use the app for buying, sharing and gifting the coupon books.
The PWA coupon app comes with an integrated coupon management system where the digital coupon books can be shared, tracked, printed and even be gifted to family and friends. The coupons can be redeemed in app too.
The Coupon app has an advertisement module for local businesses to advertise to potential customers through the app. The section comes with social media integration for promotion as well. The module has also a number of templates for advertising which can be updated in real time.
Admin user can easily import offers from businesses partnered with them, from the back office admin portal in few minutes.
The app comes with option for small businesses to advertise through their app and web. It’s now much more easier to print advertisements from partners in the app simply by choosing an ad template. Partners pay as per the template chosen.
The application being a Progressive Web App, allows customer to add in home screen which acts as an app without having to store huge data in the device.

The coupons are also printable and shareable via email or text, thus making it usable both in digital and physical form.
All offers are segregated into different categories and businesses which helps customer to look for an offer they are interested in very easily.
From every sale done from the app, a part of the amount goes to support local community fund raising.

The app asks for access to your location and based on the location it shows the best deals and coupons to the customer.
Onshore Business Analysts from DreamzTech interviewed stakeholders from client premises and gathered requirements for the project. They worked with offshore Business Analyst and Solution Architects for analyzing the business
objectives as discussed with the client.
