A premium equine nutritional brand wanted to achieve higher engagement with its customer base through native android and ios app in combination with gamification. DreamzTech extended its Managed Services, to a global animal nutrition brand that wanted to develop an exciting app for horse owners/enthusiasts. The project was delivered fully in April 2019. Our support team has been providing support since then. Issues reported have been resolved to satisfaction as per Service Level Agreement.

Approach from DreamzTech

The customer wanted a solution to manage medical worker compensation and their work assignment as well as individual patients on a single platform. The solution developed by DreamzTech integrates two platforms into a single functional one to manage the employee’s activity and compensation along with the patient history in the form of a case through the same platform. The solution is a multi-tenant platform with custom branding.

PLANNING

The client wanted to launch the app alongside a major promotional event. It was decided to develop the app in two phases. Phase 1 was released ahead of the major event while phase 2 was released later.
