The internet has millions of travel and tourism booking service providers. Whether it is flight booking, room booking , rail booking or hotel booking, there are plethora of booking service providers who list these booking options with their own price tags and charges. Customers have access to internet and they are smart enough to explore and choose from a number of booking sites who provides the best and cheapest booking option. However, with these billions of travel booking and pricing option, it becomes very difficult for travel agents and travel agencies to have access to all these information in hand at one place. So It becomes difficult for them to instantly compare and quote the best deals to customers.

There are numerous service providers combining flights, trains, cars, and hotels – with their own pricing, best seasons, facilities, discounts, and many more. For a travel agent today, it has become really challenging to keep all this information available in a way so that it can be processed and a suitable travel plan can be prepared for customers who are already well informed in their own way.

Our client, who himself owned a travel agency earlier faced a similar type of problem and he was looking to launch a collaborative booking tool with simple interface and design that can be easily adopted by all kinds of travel agents and online booking agencies to convert booking enquiries into sales.

The B2B / B2C collaborative travel booking platform we built is smart, simple, seamless and highly collaborative. This platform is used now by thousands of users and travel agents to search, design travel plan and manage their bookings as per their preferences integrated with the leading Global Distribution System (GDS) like Travelport (Galileo, Apollo, Worldspan) and SABRE.

Solving Travel Booking issues with collaborative booking solution

Travel industry has always been a hot industry as people love to travel and spend a lot of money for travelling and recreation. Post pandemic, once again the travel business curve is rising and travel agents and travelling agencies are competing hard with each other to stay ahead of the race in the digital world as clients are smart and know where to book..

Hence we created a collaborative travel booking platform for travellers to plan and book travel in a collaborative environment and share itinerary with friends and family. The platform also allows agents to create travel and accommodation plans with best rates directly from GDS networks.
